July 14 Membership Meeting

Come find out about the most important local and state-wide environmental legislative issues facing us today, as we host Stephanie Corkran from SanDiego350 at our July 14 EDC Membership Meeting.

We will also have an update from the North County Immigration Task Force on the status of the family separation issue at our border. And Mike Plant, a local activist whose letter to his California senators went viral on social media, will speak briefly on the importance of political engagement.

And if you are able, stay afterwards for 30 minutes and help us kick off our voter outreach initiative as we write postcards to newly registered Escondido Democrats.

Saturday, July 14, 2018
Park Avenue Community Center
210 E. Park Avenue, Escondido

Social/snacks start at 10, meeting starts at 10:30. Visitors are welcome!
