Getting ready for what’s next
Editor’s note: We try to provide background information that makes it easy for our readers to get up to speed on the important, and complicated, issues that dominate the public policy discussion. After passing health reform, the national agenda will turn to new topics. We have prepared for two: immigration and financial regulation.
We have prepared a new background page for each issue. We invite you to take a look, and to let us know of sources that should be added. The “latest news” section, which appears at the bottom of each page, will be updated daily to provide links to news stories, commentaries and editorials that discuss the most current developments in each area. We invite you to check these pages out and to use them for background about the issues. ALSO – remember that all background pages are linked from the right column of every page on the EDC website.
