CBO Report on health reform: final bill offers more savings, better coverage
The Congressional Budget Office report on the projected fiscal implications of the final health reform bill has been completed and is available HERE (NOTE: very large 1.6 MB PDF). Democrats say the report predicts the latest reform bill would cut the deficit by an amount greater than previous bills. The report also says the bill will provide coverage for 32 million additional Americans, or 95 percent of legal residents. Publication of this CBO report starts the clock ticking toward a vote.
