Liberty One Radio will announce Jan. 4th that it has completed its SEC filings and is now ready to accept investors.

The enterprise had previously said it would be “on the air” with progressive radio in the San Diego area on that date. “Broadcasting will begin in a few weeks,” says the announcement, “and full-time broadcasting will commence as soon as investments are in place.” Liberty One is currently producing podcasts that can be found at www.LibertyOneRadio.com

Liberty One expects to prosper in the San Diego radio market. There are approximately equal numbers of registered Democrats and Republicans, the announcement notes, but while there are five talk radio stations aimed at conservatives, none caters to progressives.
