McNamara to lead 2010 EDC board

Club members elected the recommended slate of officers for 2010 at the November 14 meeting. Twenty members who could not attend the meeting voted by absentee ballot and 25 members who attended also voted, exceeding the quorum requirement in the EDC bylaws.
