Downtown hotel proposal lives on?

The San Diego Union-Tribune reports that the City Council will hold a public hearing September 23 to discuss an agreement with developer C. W. Clark that would call for the city to invest $12 million in the proposed downtown Marriott Hotel. Read the full story HERE.
